What happens when you give a three-time Guy’s Grocery Games winner a mystery selection of ingredients and ask her to create dinner on the spot? You’re about to find out.
Throughout the evening, guests will help select ingredients that Chef Erin must incorporate into the menu. Armed with your choices and only a curated selection of pantry staples, she’ll be challenged to think on her feet and create two appetizer courses and one main course — live, in front of the room.
There’s no predetermined menu.
No rehearsed outcome.
And no telling exactly what Chef Erin will create until the ingredients are revealed. That’s all part of the fun. 😎
This isn’t a traditional cooking class, and it isn’t simply dinner. It’s a front-row seat to a chef’s creative process.
