HEY GRADS! UPDATE! We have been informed that seating at prom will now be tables of 10! The form is updated, so please name 10 people you would like to be seated with. We request that this is completed by August 7.

Make sure you talk with the group of people you want to be seated with before sending in the form. Because there will only be ONE form submission per group!!!

Please give first and last names for the people you want to be seated with.

*If you do not list 10 people, please note that you will be paired with another group randomly.
