Shout out to a fellow neighbour Craig Fellner for making Ollie’s Christmas dreams come true with this beautiful Owl nesting box. Ollie especially loved reading the information package that was added to the box and the shavings he included were another nice touch! Hi parents, I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to pass along some important news regarding the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (ETFO). They recently received a strike mandate of 95 percent from their members, but this doesn’t necessarily mean that a strike will happen.

I know that as parents ourselves, the uncertainty about potential strikes can bring up worries and anxieties. However, we wanted to reassure you that if your kiddos end up having to stay home due to a strike, Your Neighbourhood Camp has got you covered!

YNC will be offering camps every day during the strike, making sure your child maintains a routine with homework support, fun activities, and more. So there’s no need to panic. We’re here to help you stay prepared.

To help secure a spot for your child, simply head over to our website at www.yourneighbourhoodcamp.ca. Click on “registration” then click on “Strike Camp”and sign up for our wait list. If the time comes, we will contact the first 25 children on the waitlist.
