We’re excited to welcome new and previous families to our nonprofit, parent‑run playschool — a warm, play‑based environment for children ages 3–5.

✨ Programs Offered:
- 3‑Year‑Old Class: 1 or 2 day per week
- 4/5‑Year‑Old Class: 1 or 2 days per week

💛 Program Fees:
- 1 Day/Week: FREE — fully covered by the Government of Alberta’s Affordability Grant. A $100 deposit is required to hold your spot
- 2 Days/Week: $325 for the entire year

Please note: All fees are non‑refundable if your child does not start the program.

$3 a box or $90 for a case.

📣 Raffle Fundraiser Reminder! 📣

Our Southridge raffle is wrapping up this Thursday, February 5th, and we’re down to our last 169 tickets! If you’ve been meaning to grab a ticket or a booklet, now is the perfect time.

Every ticket sold directly supports our playschool — helping us fund programs, materials, and the meaningful experiences we create for our little learners. Selling out would make such a big financial difference for Southridge, and we’re so close.

✨ Cash Prizes:
- 1st Prize: $1,000
- 2nd Prize: $500
- 3rd Prize: $500

We’re so excited to introduce another wonderful member of our Southridge Playschool family! If you’ve been in our classrooms lately, you’ve probably already felt her energy, kindness, and big warm smile.

She is currently completing her Early Learning and Child Care courses through Lakeland College, and her passion for working with young children shines through in everything she does. Whether she’s helping little learners explore a new activity, joining in imaginative play, or cheering on their successes, she brings enthusiasm and heart into every moment.

We feel so lucky to have her as part of our team — and our students adore her already. Southridge Playschool is all about creating a nurturing, joyful environment for ages 3–5, and Miss Shy fits right in with that vision.

At Southridge Playschool, our 4‑year‑old class enjoys special Friday field trips, and we’re looking to add even more fun, educational, and community‑based adventures to our list this year!

We already love exploring local spots, but we know our community is full of hidden gems, unique experiences, and amazing people who might have ideas we haven’t thought of yet.
