Peace, love and this is in NO way performative but something that the holy spirit allowed to humbly come through me.. In my all choked up little Sunday school voice hardly able to take a breath for the heaviness of the air and smoke.

Devastated, tearful and fearful as we all are by the out of control planetary circumstances and wild fires, I have since been allowing this mantra + prayer and sing, ring and love and move through me and now fill me + take form...

For anyone that is not a songwriter... this is off the cuff video in the inception of a song coming on... begins with the holy spirit the small still voice that doesn't let go ...

I can't wait to see how this, once creation gives me the missing beautiful pieces, will translate in the studio 🎙️💕 by the way I was inspired by its guidance tonight 🐈🎶💕🧬💖 I know it will resonate as something truly special all harmonies and rhythmic parts are now coming together now. 🕯️💫. So many people say to me on the daily that they are so sad... that I am no longer at the Ferndale Information Centre or at the Tobermory Chamber of Commerce aka "the shack" and how they miss me... to which I say I could NOT be more thankful 🙏✨ that I am NOT there in that disgracefully toxic and destructive workplace and atmosphere xoxo 💋 friends.

Whenever someone asks (alongside toxic) ... I recount the tale of the dear sweet frog that was swimming in water.. and how after time and conditioning... of the "abnormal" becoming the "normal"... the water, then surrounding dear frog, got hotter and hotter and hotter... and although the water was reaching boiling temperatures... Dear frog did not know well enough to jump out... Why because he was in Fawn freeze.. helpless to the manipulation, dysfunction and completely fu**ed up traumatic influences.

Eeee oooh itchy poo 💩 is the very best I can say about my 3 year, experience there... Peace love and not for all all all all of the tea in China... All the coffee in Costa Rica and all the batteries for my love love love machine ... would I EVER ever be there. Again. So sad this is all weve got to represent tourism here and our most blessed and beautiful Peninsula. 🕯️💫But masks are falling and Someday... Someway... Those that are ill wishing and evil will not hold positions on the Peninsula. Time will tell the tale and God Almighty and the Great Mother will take command. 🕯️💫🕊️🌿🙏✨🔥✨🧬💕.

So much has transpired here... In the last 7 months for sure ... And I have found myself wondering about whether or NOT to continue ... Continue with art or music or anything relevant and hey what is even peace, love and relevant anymore... In this crazy mixed up world we live in... So what do I do... I go to some dive bar... Played and sang my heart out ... And what do I get ... Months "afterwords" ... A guy who finds me to give me this hollow body guitar... A guitar named Elvis.. because it came from the actual factual Graceland, Memphis Tennessee friends. 🕯️💫 And yes Elvis has been coming into my meditations and there are bizarre synchronicities in our astrological charts. So it is. I hadn't til tonight picked up a guitar in the longest while ... Sad as f**k about life... But someone cared enough to tune it up... Sit me down and give me a big old bad Memphis blues lesson. It's been a super long time since I played in a blues band... Super duper fun fact the first band I was in was a Blues band. Cyan. I was back up vocals + percussion.

Still not... my lost at sea Lately... But I am grateful in the moment. I have given away 30 guitars to date to people and places wherein I felt there was want or need or magic 🪄✨ in the making... this is the first time in 18 years... that a guitar has actually come back to me... Not sure what to say. Hoping the muse will land and holding it with peace, love and loosely... I know better than to grip on too tightly to anything anymore... But those strings gliding through my fingers tonight was something new and old for sure. 🕯️💫🔥✨🪄✨🙏✨
