Happy National Custodian Day! 🧹💙

Today, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank our amazing custodians for everything you do for our school community.

Your hard work often happens behind the scenes, but the difference you make is seen and appreciated every single day. From keeping our school clean, safe, and welcoming to helping with all the little things that keep our school running smoothly, you are an incredibly important part of our team.

Thank you for your dedication, your patience, your kindness, and for always going above and beyond to take care of our school and the people in it.

We are so grateful to have you as part of our school family!

Happy National Custodian Day!
With sincere appreciation,
From all of us at the school 💙

🧡 Every Child Matters 🧡

Today, students and staff at Lewisporte Intermediate took time to learn, reflect, listen, and honour the children who never returned home, Survivors, their families, and Indigenous communities.

Through a variety of activities and conversations, our students explored the history and ongoing impact of residential schools and reflected on what reconciliation means to each of us.

We are grateful for the thoughtful participation, questions, and reflections shared throughout the day. May we continue to learn from the past, listen with open hearts, and take meaningful steps toward reconciliation. 🧡

We remember. We learn. We honour. We act.
