Friday morning was a beautiful morning for the Terry Fox Walk! Our students and their families brought in $669.80 to go to the Terry Fox Cancer Research Foundation! Way to go! Thank you for your donations! 👟

Old Dutch Chip Fundraiser
The Friends of Nicholas Sheran School Society has partnered with Old Dutch Foods to offer a Halloween Pack Fundraiser this year, with funds raised going to support student programming and teacher wish lists.

Chips are sold by the box and there are 4 options of chips to choose from:
Original Chips: 24 -16g Original Chips
Cheese Sticks: 24 - 16g Original Chips
Popcorn Twists: 24 - 10g Original Chips
Variety Pack: 30 - 32g Original Chips

We have received our performance date from the Lethbridge Symphony for this year's Kids Choir concert.

Both the Nicholas Sheran Jr. and Sr. Choirs will be performing on Thursday, November 26th at Southminster United Church at 7:00 PM.

This concert is always extremely popular and as we will be sharing the stage with choirs from other schools, I would encourage you to purchase tickets as soon as possible. Tickets are $10 each (your child does not need a ticket) and can be purchased from the Lethbridge Symphony beginning October 1st:

The doors to Southminster United Church will open at 6:15 PM. Please drop your child off at the side door in the gym before heading into the sanctuary. We will organize the choirs in the gym before coming into the sanctuary to perform and then to join the audience for the rest of the evening. In past years, the concert lasts about one hour in length. Please come to the gymnasium after the concert is done to pick up your child.

We will be sending out information regarding our field trip that will take place during the school day on November 26th (to rehearse with the symphony) closer to the date. We will require parent volunteers to join us for this field trip, as we have over 110 Grade 1 - 5 students in choir this year!
