I absolutely love children and I love to watch them learn. They have no inhibitions when it comes to music: every child is musical. Because of this, there are so many “aha” moments when lessons connect with them in their hearts and brains. Their natural curiosity and fascination with the world around them makes them ready to absorb what we teach them, especially when it connects with their natural musical ability. I love to watch them struggle and come out on top; the greatest growth happens when students are willing to work through a challenge. I believe that if children can learn to speak, read, and write, they can learn to sing, read music, and compose with equal fluency.

Your child can take their lesson anywhere! Whether your family lives too far out of Lethbridge for lessons, has schedule conflicts that make an out-of-home lesson difficult, or you just want your child to be able to try something new and exciting from the comfort and safety of your own living room - high-quality music lessons are still an option! I offer half-hour piano and theory lessons remotely from my home in Lethbridge, Alberta using an iPad and Facetime (or whatever platform/app works for you).
