Shout out to the foundation of the Eagles football program!

Three North Valley High Football Alumni - Shantel Sabiston (Englot), Chris Fox, and Rachelle Smith - are playing for the National Championship Saturday in Saskatoon against Team Quebec. They helped Team Saskatchewan beat Team Atlantic 56-0 last night. The gold medal match is at 5pm at SMF Field in Saskatoon on Saturday August 8.

This is in addition to having 5 previous North Valley High students participating in the WWCFL this season (along with many alumni competing in the league over the years!) Chris played for the Riot, Shantel, Rachelle, and Natasha played for the Valkyries, and Stephen Smith coached with the Valkyries.

Go get em ladies, good luck in the final!

The Abernethy Agricultural Society is pleased to announce our scholarship winner from this past school year!

Jordan Pattison was the recipient of the Community Focused Scholarship. Jordan, a graduate from North Valley High School, will be attending the University of Saskatchewan in the fall. He is enrolled in the College of Arts & Science - Health Science Program with future plans of entering the College of Pharmacy. Jordan's goal is to become a Pharmacist and move back to his home community or the surrounding area to serve the people there.

Congratulations to Jordan and to all of the 2026 graduates! We wish you well in your future endeavors.

That’s a wrap on another incredible school year! Today marks the last day of classes, and summer break has officially arrived.

Thank you to our students, staff, families, and communities for the energy, support, and care you brought to the 2025–2026 school year. Together, you helped make this year one of learning, growth, and connection.

We hope everyone enjoys a safe, restful, and joy-filled summer. Take time to recharge, make memories, and enjoy all the sunshine the season brings.

Our NVHS Canoe Club had an amazing trip up North this year!
They found adventure and beauty in newfound parts of their province, and learning in the outdoor classroom that will stay with them forever!

What a fun day out we had with our Grades 7, 8 & 9 to the Melville Pool!
The ice cream to end the day was an added bonus.. we’re one week out from summer, and counting down!

After finals, senior students can benefit from study hall, tutorial time and extra support from their teachers.
Middle years classes continue as scheduled.
