Job duties include:
Plan stimulating and age-
appropriate programs for children
Provide supervision of children
Evaluates program and development of individual children
Attends to physical needs of children, such as feeding, changing diapers, washing,
etc.
Maintains a healthy and safe environment
Ensures positive communication with families through regular contact regarding pro.
gram, children's progress, special concerns and family needs.
Participates within the team
Qualifications required:
Minimum age of 19
Clean criminal record check with vulnerable sector search
Proof of immunizations before starting work
Post-secondary qualifications in child development

Scavenger hunt

We believe even the very simplest activities can introduce children to scientific concepts and stimulate scientific thinking. Early year science education can provide a strong foundation in terms of both what is learned, and how it is learned , that will stand children in good stead. By encouraging and directing their natural curiosity, and familiarizing them with basic scientific vocabulary, early year educator can help children begin to make sense of the world around them and gain some understanding of how things work.
