Our Terry Fox Walk was a huge success! We raised over $1400 for cancer research, which was double our school goal! Thank you to PAWS for the hotdogs, juice and freezie donations. Also, thanks to the many parents and community volunteers who participated.

What an incredible season for our Cross Country Running Club! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Meeting 2 days a week, our dedicated runners blew us away—every single student registered showed up for every practice! We are so proud of the dedication and significant improvement each runner showed this season.

Ms. Harke, Ms. Flett, Ms. May, and Mr. Thorsen hope all of our runners continue to work on their skills and build a lifelong love for running!

A huge thank you to our guest coaches, Mrs. Kindrat and Mr. Murray, for sharing their knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion for running with our team this year.

Keep lacing up and running strong! 👟 🎉

We wear orange to honor the survivors of residential schools and remember the children who never came home.

Orange Shirt Day is a reminder that Every Child Matters—today and every day. Let’s take time to listen, learn, and reflect on the history and ongoing legacy of the residential school system. 🧡

A massive shoutout to Five Logistics and Amazon for their incredible generosity and support of our school community!

Thanks to their partnership and thoughtful donation, our students and staff have even more resources to learn, create, and thrive. It truly takes a village to empower the next generation, and community partners who invest directly in our classrooms make a world of difference.

Step aside, textbooks—classes 4M and 4AT just leveled up!

Thanks to a VR kit on loan from the division office, our fourth graders spent the day trading desk chairs for front-row seats to the impossible. One minute they were in the classroom, and the next, they were exploring Mars, diving into deep-sea coral reefs, and stepping straight into historical landmarks.

The classroom was packed with gasps, excited "whoas!", and minds officially blown as abstract lessons came to life.

A huge thank you to the Black Gold School Division for bringing this incredible tech to our school!
