🚨 It’s finally here! Our very first Tru Fit & Wellness group class schedule is officially live.

Over the past few months we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to build something we’re genuinely proud of, and we couldn’t be more excited to finally start welcoming everyone into the space.

Whether you’ve never stepped into a fitness class before or you’re looking to get back into a routine, these classes are built to be fun, supportive, and welcoming for every fitness level.

🟢 6-Week Zumba Series $20 per class (Thursdays | 6:30 PM)

🔴 6-Week Boot Camp $119.00 for all 6
(Tuesdays | 6:30 PM)
• July 28
• August 11
• August 18
• August 25
• September 1
• September 15

🥁 Pound Fit with Erin (Monday | 6:00 PM)
• September 14

✨ Here’s what you can expect:
• Zumba: High-energy music, lots of laughs, and an incredible cardio workout that never feels like a workout.
• 6-Week Boot Camp: A progressive program focused on building strength, endurance, confidence, and accountability—with modifications available for every fitness level.
• Pound Fit: Led by the amazing Erin, this class combines cardio, strength, and drumming into one seriously fun workout that almost everyone falls in love with after trying it once.

This is just the beginning. More classes, instructors, and opportunities are already in the works, and I genuinely can’t wait to continue growing this community with all of you.

The last few months have been a little quieter than usual, but behind the scenes we’ve been working hard to prepare for the next chapter of Tru Fit. 💪🔥

Over the years, one thing has always stayed the same — our passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident while creating a space where everyone feels welcome.

Now, we’re excited to be building something new. A fresh chapter, a new environment, and new opportunities to continue bringing fitness and wellness experiences to our community.

While we aren’t ready to share all the details just yet… trust us, it’s worth staying tuned. 👀

We’ll be announcing more information soon, including upcoming group fitness classes, training opportunities, and how you can get involved.

Big love to the nearly 100 people who have attended the first 10 classes! I’m always so thankful for this little community we’re building. Life be life-ing, energy levels go up and down - 🎶and somehow we still find our way to move with joy, laugh and sweat while ensuring to let loose and enjoy having fun together! 😂❤️

So whether you’ve been before or you’re thinking, “maybe this is my sign”… this is probably your sign. 🪧

Come as you are. I’ll bring the playlist, the hype, and at least one mildly chaotic dance-floor moment. (Although previous attendees can attest I make more then one mistake) 😂
