🧡 **National Day for Truth and Reconciliation | Orange Shirt Day**

On **Wednesday, September 30, 2026**, Adventureland Daycare & OSC will remain **open**.

Throughout the day, we will recognize Orange Shirt Day in thoughtful, age- and developmentally appropriate ways, creating opportunities for children to learn about kindness, respect, belonging, and the importance of remembering.

We honour the children who never returned home, the Survivors of residential schools, their families, and their communities. 🧡

Families are welcome to have their children wear **orange** in recognition of the day.

🚗🌿 Learning Through Play at Adventureland!

Our tuff trays turn everyday play into big opportunities for learning. With roads, bridges, animals, emergency vehicles, and open-ended materials, children can build their own little worlds while strengthening imagination, problem-solving, communication, fine-motor skills, and cooperative play.

We call this “Play With Purpose” — when children lead the adventure, educators can build learning around what naturally captures their curiosity. 💚

At Adventureland Daycare & OSC, we create engaging, hands-on experiences like this alongside structured routines, outdoor play, nutritious meals and snacks, and caring educators who keep families connected.

✨ Now enrolling! If you’re looking for a nurturing childcare program where your child can explore, create, and grow, we’d love to welcome your family.

📩 Message us to learn more about available spaces or to arrange a tour.

🍂 Hello, September! A new month brings fresh routines, new friendships, and so many little moments of discovery at Adventureland Daycare & OSC in Leduc.

Our team knows that the transition into fall can feel like a big change for children and families. That’s why we focus on what we call “Confident Routines” — predictable days filled with play, learning, outdoor time, nourishing meals and snacks, and caring educators who help children know what comes next.

As school schedules get busier this September, having dependable childcare and clear communication matters more than ever. With app-based updates, family-focused collaboration, and bus services for eligible school-age children, we work to make each day a little easier for parents too. 💛

Looking for care this fall? Getting started is simple — send us a message to learn about our programs and September availability.
