VOUS ALLEZ ME MANQUEZ / I TIP MY HAT TO YOU GUYS (scroll down for english)

C'est avec beaucoup de réflexions et désarrois , que j'ai quittée l'éducation de CND ! Mon cheminement m'amène sur un autre chemin mais tout en restant près de vs comme EDUCATRICE INDÉPENDANTE. Je ne serais plus associé à une compagnie quelconque mais ce site seras toujours actif, pour continué de vs donnez ce que je fais de mieux.... L'ÉDUCATION POUR que vs SOYEZ LA MEILLIEUR NAIL PRO !!!!
Après 14 ans d'éducation à vos cotez, vs m'avez offert de merveilleux moments de réflexions et surtout de surpassement de moi même !!! Je vs remercie un MILLION de votre passion... ainsi que mes consœurs qui m'ont tant donné(e)s !!!!
Encore aujourd'hui je suis et reste passionnée de ce milieu merveilleux PRO PROTHÈSISTE !
Je vous revois bientôt et continue à vs offrir les renseignements que vs avez de besoins pour rendre votre ENTREPRISE UNIQUE !!!

DOUG SHOON: SAY'S / À DIT....... NE SOYEZ PAS DUPÉ !!

NE SOYEZ PAS DUPÉ sur les infos a propos des LAMPES LED/UV. TOUTES les lampes LED..... SONT UV !! Si certaines compagnie vs disent que les LAMPES LED ne sont pas a base UV, ceci est faux ! C'est une trappe, afin de faire une promotion de lancement. Les lampes LED est une autre forme de lumiere UV de longue durée et surtout CHAQUE LAMPES LED est fabriqué et vendu pour POLYMÉRISÉ le gel que la compagnie offre. C.A.D. si vs acheter le gel de OPI ..... IL VS FAUT LA LAMPE LED de OPI et ainsi de suite.
CHAQUE GEL a ca propre recette et sa propre LAMPE.
TOUTES LES lampe UV offertent sur le marché, on la capacité de polymérisé n'importe quel GEL à 50%.... voilà pourquoi VS DEVEZ avoir la bonne lampe qui va avec le gel de la compagnie que vs travaillez avec, de cette manière le gel seras GARANTIE d'etre polymérisé au complet, par la compagnie qui la fabrique = PAS DE RÉACTION ALLERGIQUE !!!!

DONC VISEZ une polymérisation adéquate et non juste un durcissement du produit ! Bon vissionnement......

There is no such thing as dual LED/UV. All LED nail lamps are UV. This is just a marketing trick to make you think the nail light is superior, when it is likely not suitable for use with most gels. Get educated and avoid being fooled.
I would suggest that you NEVER use a UV nail lamp with any product that was not first tested by the UV gel manufacturer to ensure their UV gel will "properly" cure. UV curing nail products will “harden” when they are only 50% cured, so don't be fooled. Just because the product hardens, doesn't mean it's proper cured. .. and if that’s the case, you and/or your clients could develop adverse skin reactions as a result.
Also, if you haven' t seen my free webinar on proper curing of UV gels, don't assume your services are properly cured. This is one of the biggest problems in the industry, so don't fall into this trap. Proper cure is the goal, not product hardening.

Belle Pub pour Vinylux '' Nouveau vernis CND'', 62 couleurs. La synergie entre un vernis rég. et Gel !! D'une durée d'une sem. séche en 8 1/2mins et SANS LAMPE... Pour tout celles qui aiment le changement et senlève avec un Dissolvant avec Acetone.... Aussi simple que ça....... De plus, les PROS, vendez le à vos clientes et elles peuvent allonger leur Shellac d'une sem. (approx. 43couleurs )

VOICI CE QU'IL DIT......

Si certaines ''Compagnie ou Distributeur'' vs dis que certains Gels ne contient AUCUNE ACRYLIQUE (sans réaction allergique) , ils ne VOUS DONNENT pas la bonne information !!! TOUS les Gel UV sont faites Chimiquement d'acryliques et par conséquent se polymérise (durcie au UV) par cette formule, il n'y a AUCUNE exception !! C'est pourquoi il NE FAUT JAMAIS laisser un GEL toucher la peau, sous n'importe quelle situation, PRIMORDIALE !

Il n'existe PAS de Gel UV qui ne contiennent pas d'acrylique et qu'il n'y est pas de réaction cutané , a force de touché à la peau... AUCUN !! Tous les GEL UV proviennent (en dirivé) de la famille de l'acrylique, comme : Aclylates, Méthacrylate, Uréthane acrylate entre croisé (IPN technologie). ET IL N'Y A AUCUNE LAMPE (sur le marché) QUI PEUX POLYMÉRISÉ TOUT TOUT LES GELS UV .......
Impossible ! Chaque GEL UV on leurs technologie (recette) de polymérisation POINT FINAL ! Aucun Gel devrais toucher soit à la peau ou au lit de l'ongle (peau rongé donc le lit de l'ongle est exposé). Tous les GEL UV sur le marché est sécuritaire si vs suivez la procédure de chaque compagnie. Donc UNE LAMPE= VA AVEC LE GEL UV suggérée par la compagnie. La procédure (avec SANTÉ CANADA ou autre) est , si il y a contact avec le GEL UV de bien RINCER ET LAVER VOS MAINS, après ! Pour + infos SVP voir le ''LINK''.... (English only, sorry)

DOUG SHOON....... KNOWLEDGE ON UV GEL......
If someone tells you that a particular UV gel doesn't contain "acrylics", so they can't cause skin allergies, they are NOT giving you the correct information. All UV curing gels are based on acrylic ingredients and cure by acrylic chemistry- there are no exceptions. This is why all UV gels should be kept off the skin- there are NO exceptions.

There are no UV gels that are safe for prolonged and/or repeated skin contact, which is the primary cause of adverse skin reaction. There are no UV curing nail gels that don't reply on some member of the acrylic family to harden (polymerize), e.g. acrylates, methacrylates, urethane acrylate oligomers. There is NO UV gel that cures with any nail lamp.

All UV gels should be kept off the skin and not applied to the exposed nail bed. All UV gels can be used safely, if used properly. Part of proper use is to avoid skin contact and to wash skin if contact occurs with soap and water.

Un bon Bain CND ça vs dis ?!! Taking a bath with CND ?!!

Eh oui CND all the way ... Je mets 15 gouttes de Solar oil et 5 pompes de Sensation CND (de la frangance Sensation de votre choix) dans mon bain .....

I love taking a bath with CND... i put 15 drops of Solar Oil n 5 pump of Sensation.... Yep i DO wear CND all over me lolll
