This week, one of our educators did a food theme where the students learned about verbs related to food preparation. They practiced writing instructions for a recipe of their favourite food! Then they presented their recipe to the class.

Sentence Building: THE/IS
In this video, I wanted to show you what we did this morning in our Group 1 class. Here I'm showing how to work through writing the sentence:
"The sun is yellow"
So this group is still learning how to read and write basic sentences (focus on high frequency words). They are also still working on remembering and applying colour, shape and animal vocabulary that was seen in our previous class.
