Are you struggling with foot or heel pain? I have been there! Recovering from foot pain is what started me on the health and wellness path I am on today (13 years ago). These are some commonly missed exercises when dealing with foot pain that could help provide you with some relief. The key is consistency! Have you been struggling with shoulder pain or a rotator cuff injury? Try out these low-intensity exercises! They are designed to help strengthen your rotator cuff and re-establish your mind muscle connection. Try them out and leave a comment letting me know how you felt!
Note: If you are currently have a rotator cuff tear, these exercises should be handled with extreme care. You may not be able to isometrically push very hard. Down-regulate how hard you push if this is the case. When in doubt, ask your doctor or don't try them at all.

Remember, if they cause pain or make the current pain worse, try to adjust the position. If that doesn't help, then skip them!

Hello! My name is Mitch and I am an exercise professional. I have over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry. My goal is to provide a reliable resource for all with a steady stream of reliable information on how you may be able to improve your physical health!
Look, I've been there! I am where I am today because I was in chronic pain. When I first got in the fitness industry, I got plantar fasciitis. It didn't make any sense! I was doing everything "right". I followed what the professionals were saying to do at the time but I still saw no improvement. After a year of struggling with foot pain, I stumbled across an individual who practised a technique called Muscle Activation Techniques. After 3 sessions my plantar fasciitis was gone and has never come back! At that moment I dedicated my life to helping others who are in pain. I know what it's like to feel completely hopeless.
My goal for this page is to create a library of FREE information for all those who join on different tips and tricks on how you can use simple exercise tricks that may help alleviate your pain.
