I know it’s been a while, we’ve been developing some new partnerships and are excited to announce- we’ve partnered with HESMAN Athletics for an all girls summer camp!

This is a team of individuals who prioritize whole health and not just one aspect of it. They will have a week of great activities that promote health, confidence and so much more.

April 27th, we’re at it again! Empowering girls to be their best and confident self. Join our workshop by clicking the Google forms below to register, or email [email protected] for more information.

We’ll be discussing how to flip the script with name calling and how to see the positive in our faults. As these courageous girls build themselves a special notebook throughout the day, they will learn where their boundaries are, how to accept apologies- and how to recognize fake ones.

Confidence 101 Workshop: grades 5 to 8

Sometimes the things we consider flaws, you know the things we wish we could change, actually provide us simultaneously with our greatest power.

Ever get stuck in the “ What is confidence” / “just believe in yourself “ loop? If we knew how to just do it, we would have done it already. We know what a confident person looks like, but it’s so hard to put our finger on exactly what it is. We can see it in demeanour and posture, but we can never seem to describe it quite right.

Confidence is the willingness to try at the risk of failure.
