This week, Tammy, Regional Manager, OHS West, shares an important reminder about managing fatigue on the job.

Fatigue is more than feeling tired. It can affect physical and mental performance and become a serious workplace hazard.

💡 Ways to manage fatigue:

✔️ Take regular micro breaks
✔️ Stay hydrated
✔️ Know the signs
✔️ Talk about it during toolbox talks
✔️ Speak to your Foreman or contact OHS

Stay aware, stay alert, and let’s keep each other safe. 💪
