Before every Hustle & Flow Dance show, I gather the whole cast in a big circle in the green room.

I take a deep breath. Get quiet. And speak into what the room needs.

This session, every class was so strong and their numbers so well rehearsed, and what they needed was permission to fully trust themselves as they stepped on stage.

To stop overthinking.

And truly embody the confidence they'd grown over the last 10 weeks.

When I tell you the energy in this room was *chefs kiss* ... I mean it was next level.

And they all killed it on stage ❤️
