First day is Sept 8 (8:43–10:20am), with full days Sept 9–11 (8:43–2:35pm).

✏️ No supplies needed until Sept 14. Lists are on the Topham website if you want a peek.

Join us Monday, Sept 14 at 7pm for our first PAC meeting — come say hi and see what fun we’re cooking up this year.

Find your child’s 2026–2027 supply list by grade on the school’s website.

You can also order everything online through SchoolStart.ca and have it delivered right to your home. Easy to label, easy to organize.

Celebrating one of our own 💙

This year’s Topham Elementary PAC 2026 Scholarship recipient, Noah Ang, returned to school today to share this special moment with one of his favourite teachers, Ms. Frayne.

The annual $750 Topham PAC scholarship recognizes former Topham students at WGSS who show outstanding commitment to school and community service — and Noah embodies that spirit so well.

Noah will be attending the SFU Beedie School of Business next year. He shared with the PAC “Your investment in my education means a lot to me and truly helps as I pursue my goals. I am incredibly grateful for your kindness and your investment in a former Topham student like myself. I really loved my time at Topham. The community was really supportive. A huge thank you to all the amazing teachers who helped me along the way — especially Ms. Frayne and Ms. Howell.”

Congratulations, Noah. Your Thundering Herd is cheering you on every step of the way 💛

Today, Topham students gathered in recognition of Indigenous Peoples Day — a day that aligns with the summer solstice and honours the rich heritage, cultures, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples.

Our Grade 3 students shared a beautiful song, and every class and staff created a dream catcher representing their hearts and stories.

We were deeply honoured to welcome guests who continue to guide, teach, and strengthen our community: Kelly Poitras, Elder Gabriel, Ms. Oakley, Ms. Grinder, Ms. Frayne, Principal Jaggi, Ms. Agawin, and Ms. Yeo.

Gratitude to all who help us learn, reflect, and grow as a school community.

Your Chance to Say THANK YOU to Topham’s Amazing Support Staff 💙

As we head toward the end of the 2025/2026 school year, we’re inviting families to contribute to year‑end gifts for the incredible staff who support our kids every single day — our SEAs, Resource Teachers, Counsellors, Librarians, Custodians, ELL Teachers, Principal Jaggi, Ms. Young, PE staff, Aboriginal Support, and so many others who make Topham feel like home.

These behind‑the‑scenes heroes help our students learn, grow, and feel cared for. Let’s show them how much they mean to our community.

Families can choose who they’d like to contribute to and the amount. The PAC will purchase gift cards on your behalf and include your family’s name.

Contributions can be made through Munchalunch until June 15.

Last night’s PAC AGM reminded me just how special this community truly is 💛

In this photo are three incredible women — past, present, and future PAC Presidents — each of whom has poured time, care, and heart into Topham.

Andrea, who has supported PAC for years in so many roles and continues to lift our community with her generosity. Emma, whose calm, steady, kind leadership has shaped so much of what families experience today. And Michelle, newly elected and already such a bright, energetic force after leading the Fun Fair with creativity, courage, and joy.

Topham is stronger because of the people who show up — whether you’re on the PAC executive or a parent/caregiver cheering from the sidelines, you are the PAC. Together we built connection, culture, and spirit this year… and raised nearly $24,000 to support our school.

Some of the PAC‑powered highlights this year: Welcome Back BBQ, Pancake Santa Breakfast, hot lunches, Indigenous Artist in Residence, garden beds, Sports Day, Fun Fair, Giants Game, Spirit Wear, Saleema Noon, DJ Quincy Mak, new sports equipment, art supplies, library books, and field trip support.

Feeling grateful, inspired, and excited for what’s ahead. This community is something special.

Sports Day is Coming — June 4!

Our Grade 7s have planned an epic day of games, cheering, and school spirit — and families are invited to come watch the fun!

At lunch, every student gets (FREE):
🌭 1 hot dog
🧃 1 juice box
🍟 1 bag of chips
❄️ + a freezie from the rest station during the day!

Hungry for more? The concession will be open with extra hot dogs, bubbly, chips, cookies + parent/sibling treats available for purchase.

💙 Parents — we need your help!
We’re cooking & wrapping 300+ hot dogs, serving refreshments, handing out freezies, and keeping the day running smoothly. Short, easy shifts!
