It's that time of year again! 📣 Community Values Coupon Books are HERE!!

Only $40 for over $8000 in local savings, including 4 pages of DQ coupons, 25% off at select local restaurants, BOGO Giants and Rivermen tickets, local attractions and entertainment, and MORE! Ordering closes on Sept 25th!

Do NOT miss out on this year's great deals ☺️

How to order:
1. Cash or cheque
Please send $40 per book or cheque, with your student to hand in at the office. Include your student's name, teacher and division, and your name and contact phone number. Cheques must be made out to "HD Stafford Middle School PAC" to be accepted

2. Order through Munch-a-Lunch fundraising section

(Cash or cheque are preferred, as there are no fees)

The top selling class will win an ice cream sundae party! Students who sell 2 books receive a coupon for a DQ mini Blizzard; sell 5 books, and receive a coupon for a DQ meal; sell 12 books or more, and receive a coupon for a DQ 8" ice cream cake. All students who sell a book will also go into a draw for other fun prizes

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and we will fill orders as they come. Books (and any coupons earned), will be given to the office for your student to pick up, unless otherwise arranged.

Our Community Coordinator Ms Sandher has reached out to ask for helpers for the following events:

🎓Grade 8 leaving ceremony will be held on Monday June 22nd. After the ceremony, our grade 8's will be treated to fun and games on the back field and a barbecue lunch.
Parent volunteers will be needed to help run stations and pass out food to our students. We are looking for 8-12 wonderful parents to make the day a success, so our grade 8 families can enjoy the festivities

🚗 8th annual Stay Gold car show, Sunday June 28th
Volunteers will be needed throughout the day to help get show participants set up, sign in table, and various stations at the event

☀️Summer camp and activity volunteers
Volunteers needed at summer day-camps throughout July and August
