This upcoming May, TWU will begin construction on a 2.5 million dollar addition to the David E. Enarson Gym and Fitness Centre. The project, which is anticipated to be complete in December, is being funded by the undergraduate student recreation fee and was chosen based on the results of two student surveys conducted in 2009 and 2012.
