HACO IN ACTION 💪
This piece of machinery is one of our favorites. It has made forming so quick, easy and precise. We could never go back after experiencing full CNC. The back stops alone 😘👌🏻
These parts being formed are the bottoms of some hangers that will now need to be Fabricated and then sent off to be Power Coated ⬛ stay tuned for our next video 📹
Ps. This is our first video. We've learned some lessons on how to shoot so our next one will be 💣

Graining some stainless plates tonight for a local customer. Using the old school 1.
I start with a 60grit drum, move to 80, then 120 while slowing increasing the speed. Then I finish it off with a light low speed RED flapper drum.
I use duct tape upside down as a sticky surface to reduce the need for clamping which increases productivity, and decreases additional markings.
