The final LCS PAC raffle tickets are almost gone and we are set up outside Ed’s Coffee House today and tomorrow! ☕🎟️

Downtown is busy with the sidewalk sales happening at local businesses too, so it’s the perfect day to wander, shop local, grab a coffee, and snag your raffle tickets before they’re gone. 🛍️✨

Want to stay more connected with what’s happening with the LCS PAC? 📚✨

We have an active Facebook Messenger group chat where parents and guardians can stay in the loop with PAC updates, upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, reminders, and ways to help throughout the year.

Even if you can only help once or twice a year, being in the chat is a great way to stay informed and jump in when you can 💚

And don’t worry… we fully support muting the chat and reappearing like a mysterious PAC ninja when you’re available 😂

Official Rules – LCS PAC Calendar Fundraiser Raffle

BC Gaming Event Licence #172702

Conducted by Lake Cowichan School PAC in accordance with the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB), Province of British Columbia.

1. Ticket Sales

• Tickets are $20 each.
• A maximum of 500 tickets will be sold.
• Ticket sales are authorized from April 15, 2026 to May 31, 2026 or until sold out.
• Each ticket is assigned one unique ticket number.

2. Draw Date & Location

• The official prize draw will take place on:

June 1, 2026 at 3:00 PM
Lake Cowichan School
68 South Shore Rd
Lake Cowichan, BC V0R 2G0

3. Prize Information

Prizes include advertised items such as:

• Nintendo Switch
• Sunfest 2026 Tickets
• Cash prizes
• Additional announced prizes

Total retail value of all prizes: $4,427.00

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not redeemable for cash unless stated.

All prizes must be picked up locally by the winner. The half cord of firewood prize is the exception and will be delivered to a winner within the Cowichan Valley.

4. Winning Ticket Eligibility

• Each ticket is eligible to win one prize only.
• Once a ticket has been drawn as a winner, it is removed from all future draws and is no longer eligible to win again.

5. Winner Notification

• Winning ticket numbers may be announced through official Lake Cowichan School PAC channels, including Facebook or other posted methods.
• Winners are responsible for checking posted results.

6. Claiming Prizes

• Winners may be required to present the matching ticket stub or proof of purchase.
• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners if contact information was provided.
• Unclaimed prizes will be handled in accordance with BC gaming rules and organizer direction.

7. General Conditions

• By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these rules.
• Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, illegible, or damaged tickets.
• If circumstances beyond the organizers’ control require changes, organizers reserve the right to make administrative changes consistent with BC gaming regulations.

8. Use of Proceeds

Net proceeds from this raffle will be used by Lake Cowichan School PAC for approved charitable purposes benefiting students and school programs in British Columbia.

9. Licence Information

This gaming event is operated under BC Gaming Event Licence #172702.

Hey PAC families!
Do you have a little time to help sell raffle tickets? We would truly love the extra help right now.

We have just one month left to sell tickets, and it’s time to kick things into high gear. Every ticket sold makes a difference for our school, and the more helpers we have, the easier it is to reach our goal.

If you can take a booklet to sell to friends, family, coworkers, or neighbours, please let us know. Even selling one booklet helps more than you might think.
