This is why I read regularly to my class, and why in the past I read to and with my own children until they were in their early teens. Keep reading to and with your children as long as possible.

Today was another wonderful Ts’uubaa-asatx Story Trails program at the old Stoker Property (also known as the UVic Research Station). Students had opportunities to build trails, listen to plant advice from Grandma Della, hear some drumming, listen to stories, check out where future trails might go and eat some wonderful food!

Div. 1 and 2 students had fun with this afternoon’s challenge - designing outfits out of newspapers.

Students had a fun time bowling this morning.

Division 1 & 2 students have started their two-week year end challenge. Posters, logos and a list of possible challenges are being created.

We spent time in the school garden on Thursday - things are growing nicely!
