Message now to book your Honey Bee Hive Tour!

During this experience you will get to:
* Tour the orchard to learn how bees contribute to the fresh fruit you love
* Look inside a real honey bee hive
* Hold a bee
* Learn about bee lifecyle and behaviour
* Learn about how bees make honey and bees wax
* Taste honey right from the honey comb

$40 per person for groups of 2-6 people (age 7+)
Like bees, this experience is weather dependent

This World Bee Day I'm thinking about how nature nourishes me. Before I was a beekeeper, I was a gardener. I love how bees and the garden connect me to nature and remind me that we can't control the weather, only respond to it, like the bees. Sunshine, rain, warmth - a little of each is all it takes to make the flowers bloom, and the honeybees make honey.

But not all bees. The garden is full of a diversity of native bees, flies, moths, butterflies, and other pollinators. They all help pollinate the flowers and foods we love. So take a minute to thank a pollinator on World Bee Day, and think about how you can help. Here are some ideas to get you started.

These bees found a flowering Horse Chestnut tree nearby and are bringing in tons of bright red pollen in their pollen pockets.
