Due to the significant amount of rain we've received this weekend, along with more rain in the forecast for tomorrow, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our track meet until Tuesday, June 23.

Unfortunately, the track area is extremely muddy, and the long jump pit currently resembles more of a lake than a jumping venue! While we're disappointed to delay the event, we want to ensure the grounds are safe and enjoyable for all participants.

In the meantime, we're sending out warm, dry thoughts and hoping for some sunshine over the next couple of days. With a little help from the weather, we're looking forward to hosting all of our events on Tuesday.

The Family BBQ will also be postponed and will take place on Tuesday alongside the track meet.

Thank you for your understanding and flexibility. We can't wait to see everyone on Tuesday!

We are almost ready for our annual track meet!

Thanks to some very kind parent volunteers, there will be an opportunity to purchase snacks for Track and Field. Forms will be coming home today, to be returned tomorrow to pre-order snacks. Maximum of 5 items/$5 per child.

Snacks will also be available for purchase Monday at snack time, but time will be short to enjoy them if not pre-purchased.

The schedule has been emailed home.

The family BBQ will follow track and field.

Please note: the inner portion of the track is not ready for foot traffic, please stay out of the middle of the track at all times. Also, as much as possible, please avoid any muddy/wet areas around the outer perimeter of the track as well. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this will help the track to be ready for the fall when we return.
