About Your Coach
Manon is a graduate of St. Lawrence College in Cornwall, Ontario where she studied Nursing. Further to her clinical experience, Manon has demonstrated a history of high-level community involvement. She has been an entrepreneur and has served as a public employee for both the Alberta and British Columbia Governments.
She has volunteered for several community boards and non-profit organizations, earned distinction as Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year, a seat on council when she resided in Elk Point, Alberta, served as Deputy Mayor for the Village of Rycroft, Alberta and received recognition from the Ministry of State of ACT Now BC.
Further to her continued education in preventative medicine and health promotion at Athabasca University, Manon has attended the Erickson College Coach Program and has been certified as a Financial Literacy Facilitator. As a trained Business and Personal Coach, she empowers individuals and organizations to meet their financial goals knowing these efforts will aid in their overall well-being.
Manon’s efforts have been to close the healthcare gaps caused by social disparities and especially poverty. Her strengths include, advocating effectively and working cooperatively for the betterment of her communities and the people in the north. Manon is a published author, newspaper contributor, been a guest speaker at more than eighty events and has facilitated a number of workshops and support groups. She also offers additional services as a personal coach.
