Exciting news! Beginning April 2, we're launching women's BJJ classes every Thursday, 6:15 - 7:15 pm. All experience levels are welcome. will share her expertise in this female-led program. Contact us for more info.

Now that water issue has been solved, classes are running again .

Unfortunately, classes are cancelled for tonight and tomorrow morning. The entire building is without water. This cold weather had frozen the pipes and we can get water to our unit. The building maintenance crew is working hard on the problem. Sorry everyone!
