🚨 Fairness or Equality? 🤔 🚨

Look at this picture and ask yourself: Is this fair?

"For a fair selection, everybody has to take the same exam: Please climb that tree." 🐵🐘🐧🐠🐕🦭

Yet, how can fairness exist when each individual is built differently? 💡

This is exactly how many systems operate—whether in education, work, or society—expecting everyone to perform the same way without considering unique strengths and abilities.

🔹 The monkey will shine.
🔹 The elephant will fail before it even starts.
🔹 The fish won’t even understand the test.

I feel like this is how they treated us in school and university all these years—killing our talents. 💔 Let’s stop this cycle and create real opportunities for everyone. Afghans can do better—they are talented—if a fair system is in place! 🇦🇫🔥

چه کسی ‌خواهد من و تو ما نشویم؟�خانه‌اش ویران باد!�حمید مصدق
این شعر، حقیقتی عمیق را فریاد می‌زند؛ حقیقتی که یادآور اهمیت اتحاد و همدلی در زندگی‌ست. وقتی که ما از هم جدا شویم، نه تنها توان و قدرت خود را از دست می‌دهیم، بلکه از معنای زندگی نیز دور می‌افتیم.
چقدر زیباست که در این شعر به ما یادآوری می ‌کند: من و تو، تنها با "ما" شدن معنا پیدا می‌کنیم. در دنیایی که هر لحظه در پی تفرقه ‌اندازی و جدایی‌ست، "ما" شدن، یک ایستادگی‌ست. هر "من" و "تو" در پیوستگی و همبستگی با یکدیگر است که مفهوم واقعی خود را می‌یابد.
این روزها، که خانه ‌ها و دل ‌ها از هم دور شده ‌اند و ارزش ‌های انسانی به دست فراموشی سپرده شده ‌اند، بیایید یاد بگیریم که به یکدیگر بازگردیم. به "ما" شدن برسیم و از انزوا و تنهایی بگریزیم. تنها در کنار هم است که می‌ توانیم زنده بمانیم، رشد کنیم و به کمال برسیم.
امروز، روزی ا‌ست که باید یاد بگیریم که با هم باشیم، تا ویران نشویم.

I would like to remind us that in life, cheap is often expensive. While it may seem tempting to take shortcuts, buy the cheaper option, or cut corners or Hire a cheap Contractor to do your Renos, the truth is that these decisions often come with a hidden cost. Whether it's in business, personal development, or leadership, choosing the cheaper path often leads to higher expenses down the road—whether it's through repairs, wasted time, or missed opportunities.
Excellence demands an investment—not just of money, but of time, effort, and commitment. When we invest wisely, we reap rewards that last longer and bring greater value. Leaders who understand this principle don’t just look at the immediate cost—they consider the long-term impact of their choices.
Remember, choosing quality over shortcuts is a decision that pays off in the long run. It may require more upfront, but the return is excellence, and that’s worth every penny.
