🌟 Know your KLC Teachers: Dhivya Nagarajan 🌟
Welcome to the series, “Know your KLC Teachers,” where we introduce you to the incredible faculty shaping the musical and cultural journeys of our students.
Today, we are thrilled to shine the spotlight on Dhivya Nagarajan!
If we had to describe Dhivya in three words, they would be: Accuracy, Customization, and Mastery.
🎯 What sets Dhivya apart?
Our parent community consistently raves about Dhivya, and for good reason. She possesses a unique ability to adapt her teaching style to the individual learning needs of every child. She doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; she meets your child where they are.
Beyond her warmth, she is known for her surgical precision in instruction. Whether she is breaking down the intricate nuances of Carnatic Gamakas or sharing value-based stories in Bala Vikas, Dhivya ensures 100% accuracy in delivery.
🚀 Leading the Next Generation
In her new elevated role at KLC, Dhivya will continue to lead and inspire in two key areas:
1️⃣ Carnatic Music Batches: Focusing on vocal technique and building a strong foundation of classical mastery.
2️⃣ Bala Vikas Sessions: Nurturing character development and grounding our junior learners in their cultural roots.
Dhivya is a vital asset to our faculty, and we are so proud to have her leading the way for our students!

Why settle for average when you can strive for mastery? 🎻✨
For our founder, Srikanth Iyer, KLC started with a deeply personal realization: music changes lives, and our community deserved a space that combined deep roots with modern growth.
We aren’t just building another music school; we’re scaling an institution. A creative escape that actually builds character. Because the world doesn’t just need more performers—it needs people who understand the grit and grace of true dedication.
The KLC Value: Mastery over mediocrity.
🎬 This is Part 1 of our new series diving into the heart of KLC—our founder, our incredible teachers, and the unstoppable passion that drives us every day.

A Message from Our Founder & CEO: Courage and Mastery
“As I watched our students step onto that stage, I saw more than just technical execution—I saw unshakeable courage. We welcomed fresh faces making their brave public debuts alongside seasoned KLC students who have visibly upped their game, setting an entirely new benchmark for performance excellence.
KLC is no longer just a school; it is an institution. Every flawless note, every confident stance, and every family cheering from the pews is a validation of our growth as a unified global family. We are scaling rapidly, but our commitment to the absolute highest quality of education and deep student care remains our north star.”
— Srikanth Iyer, Founder & CEO

One microphone. An empty stage. A room full of absolute silence. 🎙️⚡
Swipe through to see what happens when a KLC Carnatic Music student steps into the spotlight alone—not just to sing, but to command.
These aren’t just recital photos. They are the exact moments our students decoupled from the safety of a group and put weeks of rigorous, technical vocal training to the ultimate test at the Spring ’26 Recital.
If you look closely at these frames, you aren’t just seeing performances—you are seeing the core metrics of our institutional standard in real-time:
The Stance of Composure: Conquering stage fright isn’t a byproduct of our classes; it is a designed outcome. Notice the focus, the breathing, and the absolute poise before the first note drops.
The Cognitive Load: Behind every smile is a brain rapidly calculating complex mathematical Tala cycles and navigating the precise microtones (Gamakas) of our classical heritage.
The Verified Milestone: The KLC Certificate being handed over in these pictures isn’t a “thank you for showing up” paper. It is an official validation that this student has cleared our conservatory rubrics and advanced on their institutional pathway.
We don’t train hobbies here. We build elite artistic stamina and intellectual grit through the medium of classical music.

Here are our Thirukkural 101 students taking the stage confidently, transforming 2,000-year-old couplets into a masterclass in modern leadership. 📜🎙️
While our Spring ’26 Recital celebrated the arts, our Thirukkural cohort brought something entirely distinct to the stage: the architectural blueprint for human character, ethics, and pragmatic life strategy. Swipe through to see our students standing solo, commanding the room with the precise wisdom of Saint Thiruvalluvar, and receiving their official KLC Certifications.
At KLC, we don’t treat the Kural as mere literature to be memorized. We treat it as an active training ground for the global citizens of tomorrow. Here is how our students owned the stage:
🧠 The Secular Executive Code: Thirukkural is unique because it provides practical lessons for life—governing the mind, managing relationships, and understanding societal duty. Our students didn’t just recite; they demonstrated an intellectual grasp of virtues like Anbudaimai (possession of love), Iniyavai Kooral (utterance of pleasant words), and speech discipline.
⚖️ Building Unshakable Human Character: In a world of fleeting trends, these frames capture our youth anchoring themselves in timeless civic excellence. They are learning the exact qualities that define statesman-level leadership: justice, humility, and absolute integrity.
📜 The Standard of Validation: Holding that KLC Certificate represents rigorous oral testing, contextual understanding, and a personal commitment to living these values. It is a credential of character.
When you see a child stand alone on stage and deliver a philosophical roadmap for life with zero hesitation, you are looking at the ultimate return on cultural investment.
Our individual performance clips are dropping next—watch this space closely to see these young leaders in action! 👇
