Here's a quick review of our Treasurer, Gary Brown's new book
Beyond Excuses: Journey to Possibilities is an amazing read for people looking to challenge who they are, how they think and what is possible. This is the kind of book that every young person should read without question. I say this because life is a challenge at the best of times and Gary and Carl's book will definitely set one on the right path. Earlier is better than latter obviously but there is wisdom and value for readers of every age inside the book's covers. You'll find the writing style conversational yet professional, with a definite upbeat tone. The exercises within each chapter are nice touch, with real benefit for those readers willing to do the work at looking inward at themselves. Beyond Excuses is a challenge without a doubt, a challenge to the reader to be better!
