When the physical side of the job gets harder, the experience doesn't disappear.

Physically demanding roles can eventually mean it's time for something that doesn't ask as much of the body.

Pathways has helped many tradespeople make exactly this shift — working one-on-one to map out the right courses, credentials, or academic upgrading to move into a new role, at a pace that works for them.
