The recently updated Transition Resource Guide (TRG) aims to support students with disabilities in Ontario as they explore pathways for life after secondary school.
The TRG brings together clear, accessible information on transition planning, disability supports, and real-world options to help every learner move forward with confidence.
It can support students with disabilities to explore pathways after graduation, find community resources, and learn about accommodations for post-secondary education and employment. This resource is designed for students, parents, families, caregivers and educators.
Whether you’re just starting to think about the future or actively planning your next steps, the guide provides the tools, resources, and guidance you need to make informed decisions and build a meaningful path ahead: www.transitionresourceguide.ca

This week, WRDSB staff came together at the Education Centre to recognize the beginning of National Indigenous Heritage Month, Pride Month and Ontario Day.
This included the ceremonial flag-raising of the Progress Pride Flag, which flies alongside the Every Child Matters flag raised last week. Together, they serve as a visual reminder of our commitment to honouring and learning from the voices, contributions, and experiences of First Nations, Inuit, Métis Peoples and the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
We know that students and staff who feel seen, supported, and respected are better able to thrive in their learning and their work.
