Tip Tuesday!π‘
If you are looking to improve your productivity,
set firmer boundaries and/or stick to your time blocking calendar, start small.
These steps can be very excited and you will likely be very motivated when you plan it out.
Don't get discouraged in executing, begin with smaller steps. Start with ONE 5 minute interval daily that is a new task, activity or boundary for you.
You will add more in time, they key is small consistent steps.
Become the most reliable person you know in ONE area of your life and build from there.
Start with a daily walk, 5 minute journal or meditation, putting your phone away at a certain time. Whatever it is, make it small to start- be consistent, then add from there.

Last night my 9-year old son and I chased a rainbow...π
We saw this rainbow after leaving the grocery store, it was 7:30pm. He already had a long day running a cross country race and had just finished his parkour class.
When we got into the car he asked if we could follow the rainbow to try and find the end.
My first thought was 'we need to get home, you need to shower and get to bed you've had a long day'...
Then I looked at him in the mirror and realized this may be the last time he ever asks this question. He had so much excitement and joy in his eyes, I decided to just drive!
We followed the rainbow and literally drove until the road ended.
It was a 10 minute detour that I hope I will never forget.
Life is only the present moment.
We easily get sucked into the grind of the everyday, tasks, to do lists etc.
We often forget that we are only in this phase of life once. Our only job is to be in it and soak it in.
I am so glad last night I realized that I am only the mama of a 9 year old boy for a very short time, who wanted to chase a rainbow.πππ

Tip Tuesday! > Think BIG!
What does a Limitless Life look like for you?
It's different for every single person; though I'm sure most would start with financial freedoms.
Financial Freedom is also unique to you.
It could mean being debt free and having an extra $10K for vacations every year-
It could mean a 1 of 1 exotic sports cars, private jet and designer shopping sprees every week.
The point is to define what it means for YOU, then start living that life.
There is no reason that you cannot start implementing your biggest desires into your daily life now.
For example if you wish to buy a villa in Italy one day and live there part time, but do not yet have the financial or time ability.
You can start today by learning Italian on a free app or buy a book or watch free videos on Italian real estate and lifestyle.
There are so many ways to start living and experiencing your desires now.
Time Optimization and utilizing the minutes, hours, days and weeks that you have, living the way YOU want IS Living Limitless.

Tip Tuesday> First Pass Trick.
Take care of items and tasks when they are in your hands...the first time!
Checking off these smaller tasks in the moment, frees up loads of time in the future - instead of going back and forth with the same thing multiple times, do it right away!
This trick lends itself to work and home life easily. Putting files, papers or items in their designate spot right away; returning a phone call, answering a quick question or sending a thank you text.
We all know what happens when we put that 'thing' down to "do it later"... it may get done, much later, it may be late, it may never get done!
Executing on these little tasks in the moment -the first time- saves SO much time down the line AND adds to our daily productivity, reliability and increases self-worth.
Try it out!

π‘TIP TUESDAY! ποΈ
Fixed Tasks First!
When using Time Blocking for planning and
scheduling your week; Start with your fixed/known tasks and activities.
Print out a week calendar with the timeslots from when you wake to when you go to bed.
Fill in what you know is happening that week
(i.e. what time you leave for work, picking up kids from school, gym routine, etc.)
Then in the empty slots add in specific tasks, targets or events for that week that you desire to accomplish.
You can even create a list on another page of habits or routines you want to add into your weekly schedule (i.e. reading, call a friend, craft with kids, write, meditate, business development etc.)
We all have so many aspirations for our lives and daily schedules then are consistently disappointed in ourselves for not completing them.
Why not begin by scheduling them into your day! Start with 5-10minute timeslots of tasks that you are regularly not completing or 'leaving to another day' or are in your 'someday' category...for the record SOMEDAY is NOT a day of the week!
You will be surprised how many tasks and 'extras' you will accomplish by simply intentionally adding it into your plan!

Tip Tuesday = Have (more) Fun!
We often get caught up in our 'to-do' lists, goals, and all the chaos of everyday life that we forget the fun.
Now- I am guilty of this too, which is why I keep a list of fun family activities in the kitchen to reference often and put on our calendar!
Adding in a fun break to your day can be as simple as going outside for a 5-10 minute walk, putting on your favourite song and dancing, calling a friend, setting a timer for a 5-minute IG scroll.
It can be anything that you look forward to as a mini treat during your day.
It sounds counterintuitive, yet the less time you give yourself to complete tasks and the less open time in your schedule, the MORE productive you will be.
People would look at my planner and think I was crazy not to give myself 'flex' time or extra time to complete certain tasks.
Then would be stunned that I was finished all my focused work by 3pm everyday and had all afternoon "off"!
I also find putting short 'breaks' into my day whether that's a creative task, or a quick mediation goes a long way to restoring my focus for the next project I want to complete that day.
Whenever I find myself dragging to get a task going ...or started...I put on a favourite playlist or softer mediation music to distract my procrastination and get back on task!
