Happy 23rd Birthday, Daniel! 🎉❤️💫

We are so incredibly proud of you.

Watching you finish university and graduate is such a huge milestone👏
We still remember, when reading wasn’t always easy for you and letters would get mixed up. But you got resourceful and always found your own way to learn, to figure things out, and to keep moving forward.

You never stopped!

You always went for more — and you achieved more.⚡️

That determination carried you all the way through university.

You showed so much discipline, not only in your studies, but also in everything else you committed yourself to — being active in clubs, building friendships, creating projects, and even starting a business with your university friends.

You have such a strong drive inside of you, and we hope you continue using that gift to keep growing, exploring, creating, and becoming everything you are capable of becoming.

But beyond all your achievements, we love you simply for who you are.❤️🤗❤️

We love your charming smile that lights up the room.

As a mom, I truly appreciate when you show up even when you may not really want to. That quality in you is a real strength, and we know it will help you navigate life and relationships beautifully.

We also love when you are open and honest with us, trusting us enough to share your real self — with all the highs and lows that life brings. That openness creates connection, and it means so much to us.

As you begin this next chapter of your life, we wish you success not only in your career — where we already see you growing so much — but most importantly in your personal life.

We wish for you to feel deeply happy, fulfilled, loved, and surrounded by people who truly appreciate you for exactly who you are.

May you continue to believe in yourself, trust your path, and create a life that feels meaningful and exciting to you.

We love you so much, Daniel!

Wishing you the happiest birthday and the very best that life has to offer. ❤️

Today in our Kundalini Yoga class, we explored a very powerful topic — the union of instinct and intuition 🌿

In the modern world, we often live either through logic and control, or through constant emotional reactions and survival mode.

But within every person, there are two powerful forces — instinct and intuition.

Instinct helps us experience life through the body, react, protect ourselves, and move forward.

Intuition is that quiet inner voice — a deeper knowing that gently guides us in the right direction 🤍

When these two forces are not in harmony, we may experience inner conflict, anxiety, doubt, tension, or exhaustion.

But when they begin to work together, something beautiful happens — inner wholeness, clarity, and strength are born ✨

This is one of the reasons I love Kundalini Yoga so much.

Each practice helps me reconnect with my body, calm my mind, awaken my inner wisdom, and deepen the relationship with myself.

And honestly… this goes beyond yoga.

So I invite you — whatever movement or exercise you choose — allow it to become more than just another workout or task to complete.

Allow yourself to go deeper.

Listen to your body.
Listen to your heart.
Listen to your inner truth.

Because this is how inner harmony is created — one moment of awareness at a time 🌿

At some point in life you want to discover more about yourself🤔🤩❤️

Today I had a choice…

Stay home and continue my endless to-do list
or go for a walk with my husband.

And honestly… I love these walks.
Especially when we’re in the mood to talk.

Research shows that walking can significantly boost creative thinking, even after just a 5-10 min walk.
It helps your brain generate more ideas and see things from new angles.

So here’s a question for you:

What if walking didn’t have to be “another task”…
but something that enhances your life?

Instead of:
☕ meeting a friend at a café → go for a walk together
🛋️ lying on the couch right after dinner → take a 10-minute walk (it actually helps digestion and blood sugar)
📞 sitting for a phone call → take it while walking
🧠 overthinking → move your body and let your thoughts settle naturally

Walking is one of the simplest things we can do…
but it’s also one of the most powerful.

It supports:
✨ clearer thinking
✨ better conversations
✨ emotional balance
✨ long-term health and longevity

So maybe the shift is this:

Don’t wait for the “perfect time” to go for a walk.

Just take something you’re already doing…
and do it while walking.

You might be surprised
how much can change in just a few steps 💛

✨ Our Women’s Retreat on March 8 — International Women’s Day — was truly special.

A room full of incredible women.
Connection. Laughter. Openness. Support.

When women come together with open hearts, something powerful happens.
We begin to see each other, inspire each other, and remember that each of us carries her own unique creativity and light.

During the retreat we shared meaningful conversations, explored practices together, and even danced bachata with Sophia — allowing joy and movement to flow freely.

One of the most touching moments was creating our Tree of Love, where every woman added her own intention and energy. Thank you 😍

It reminded us of something very simple and very powerful:
✨ when women unite, we create space for growth, inspiration, and new possibilities.

Thank you to every woman who brought her presence, warmth, and beautiful energy💜 And our content creator for capturing special moments and producing this video🤩

✨ There’s always something good to notice in others—a strength, a hidden potential, a spark waiting to shine. Sometimes, all it takes is a kind word, a moment of encouragement, or a reminder of their worth to bring that light forward.

✨ When we nurture, uplift, and believe in people, we help them see the strength they may not even recognize in themselves.

Every conversation, every interaction holds the power to leave someone feeling a little lighter, a little stronger, and a little more inspired.

💭 As my dear teacher Niurka always says: “If you trusted that your words or presence could awaken something powerful in someone today, how would you show up?”

Breathe in:
✨ Possibility
✨ Creativity
✨ The courage to begin again

Breathe out:
✔️ Doubt
✔️ Fear
✔️ Anything that no longer serves you

Life moves in rhythm—a constant cycle of releasing and receiving.
Every inhale is an invitation, every exhale a release.

If life is opening a new door for you, step through with trust. Change may come unexpectedly, but it often leads to something greater than you ever imagined.

What are you ready to breathe in today? 💙

Thoughtful Thursday
Trapped Between Two Extremes? 🤯

🔹 Working non-stop until burnout 🔼🔼🔽🔽
🔹 Resting but feeling guilty for “not doing enough”

Sound familiar? You’re not alone.

I know this feeling well. In the past, anytime I sat down to rest, guilt would creep in almost immediately. It felt like I should be doing something all the time- cleaning, organizing, being “productive.”
Maybe it’s cultural, maybe it’s conditioning, but the moment I stopped, my mind would go Why are you sitting? Get up and do something! And just like that, I’d jump into action again.

But here’s what I’ve learned:
🟠 Rest is NOT just “not working.”
🟠 It’s essential for renewal, creativity, and joy.
🟠 When we judge ourselves for taking a break, we steal the very benefits it offers.

So let’s shift our mindset today:
✅ Work without guilt.
✅ Rest without guilt.
✅ Find your balance.

✨ Growth happens when we honor both work and recovery.

Have you ever felt guilty for resting?
Drop a 🔥 if you overwork or a 🧘‍♀️ if you’re learning to rest without guilt!
