🏃♀️✨ HUGE shoutout to Coach Dawn for leading an absolutely incredible running workshop this weekend!
What started as a conversation about running quickly became so much more. Dawn shared personal stories, valuable insights, practical tips, and powerful reminders about why we move in the first place. She had our community laughing, reflecting, feeling inspired, and yes… even shedding a few tears.
As a certified running coach and official race ambassador for the Niagara Falls Marathon this October, Dawn brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to our community. But what made the workshop so special wasn’t just her expertise—it was her ability to connect with people on a personal level and show that running is for everyone.
One of the biggest takeaways? Running isn’t just about pace, distance, or performance. It’s about building confidence, chasing personal goals, finding joy in movement, and removing the hurdles that might be stopping you from taking that first step.
Whether you’re training for your first 5K, working toward a marathon, or simply looking for a new way to move your body, Dawn’s message was clear: you are more capable than you think.

HYROX TRAINING IS HERE. 🔥
Registration for our next HYROX Training Block is officially open, and we’re building toward both HalfRox KW and HYROX Toronto.
Over the last 3 years, we’ve learned a lot. We’ve celebrated podium finishes, first-time racers, personal bests, tough lessons, and unforgettable race-day moments. Following Ottawa, our coaching team sat down to review everything—from what worked well to where we can improve—to ensure this is our strongest training block yet.
This isn’t just about surviving race day.
It’s about showing up confident, prepared, and knowing exactly what to expect.
Train with coaches who have raced HYROX themselves and understand what it takes to feel confident on race day. Understanding the race and the demands from experience is extremely important!
✅ 3 dedicated HYROX classes every week
✅ Class sizes capped at 20 athletes
✅ Structured running program built by our in-house Running Coach
✅ Nutritional guidance and race-day preparation
✅ Virtual race briefing before competition day to review the course, rules, strategy, and answer your questions

Yes, everyone may be racing in different divisions. Some of you will be tackling your first solo event. Others will be chasing new goals and personal bests. But we’re all working toward the same finish line together.
There’s something special about hearing your teammates cheer your name on race day. And there’s nothing better than cheering for the people you’ve trained beside for months.
Whether this is your first HYROX or your tenth, our goal is simple: help you feel as prepared as possible—physically, mentally, and strategically.
We’re incredibly excited to kick off this training block and help another group of athletes become race ready.
