Far to often people believe that they have to learn to life with the pain of grief for the rest of their life.

OR, that eventually the pain will just stop on its own with enough time.

I'm here to tell you neither of these are fact, you CAN heal your heart but it will take more than time, it will take a serious of correct choices.

Grief is not limited to losing someone to death, it can be due to losing anything important to you, or even just a change in your life.

Here is a poem I wrote dedicated to the lose of passion.

I have made decisions in my life where I walked away from things that I didn't want to admit were important to me, and with time I realized I was grieving this decision.

I am learning to start making choices that will lead me down the path I wanted before fear got in the way.

I hope this inspires someone out there to do the same.

😤Anger is a normal reaction to grief and trauma.

When we don't have the tools to manage our grief effectively however, we unintentionally direct our anger towards others.

Really what we're looking for is a release of the pain. 😭

If you're looking for help releasing the pain don't hesitate to reach out. I know I can help.

Have you ever found yourself getting really angry?🤬

Lashing out, crying, and even regretting just how angry you got.

😢Feeling bad about the things you said when you were angry?

This has been a big problem for me, my grief from losing my mother as a child was so extreme that it often came out as anger.

I eventually learned that I wasn't angry at what I thought I have been at the moment.

It wasn't my friends, my spouse, my children, or anyone else.

My anger stemmed from my broken heart,💔 and because I didn't heal it my anger grew.

Finally learning how to manage my grief my anger has been come much more controllable.

I still get angry, but I am much more in control of how I react to frustrating situations than I was years ago because I've been able to heal my heart.

If you are struggling with your grief, don't hesitate to message me.

Give me a chance to help you resolve where your anger may be coming from, and to finally release the burden you've been carrying.❤

Have you ever felt this?

You come up with a great idea, or decide you are going to make a change in your life.

You feel this spark of motivation at the beginning, like you're going to really succeed that this!

Bound and determined you set yourself up, but...

The next day, or maybe a couple days in, you start to feel like it's to hard, or you don't know where to start, or maybe you get a little uncomfortable with what you need to do to actually succeed.

Or you might be the person who gets depressed, starts talking yourself down and out of it.

Well... when you find yourself in these situations here is what you can do.

Talk to your brain and say, "thank you brain for trying to keep me safe, but I promise nothing bad is going to happen. We are going to get through this and come out the other end better."

Seriously try it, to many people either give up, OR try to force themselves aggressively.

Try being kind to yourself. Your brain is doing exactly what it is programed to do, be gentle with it as you make the changes in your life.

Building Better Habit is a topic I've brought up often.

💁‍♀️This is really the key in getting what you want with life.

Building the habits that will help you get there, and remaining consistent with them.

There's no magic pill or perfect timing that will do it.

It comes through repeated and proper action steps.😉

Myself, like most of us, suffered a great trauma in my childhood. 😢

I lost someone very dear to me, quite suddenly, without warning, and it tore me apart.

💔It felt like my heart was completely destroyed, and this was the moment my childhood felt over.

At 8 years old.

Little did I know how much damage was done by one single event, and no one knew how to help me cope or heal.

I carried the pain into my adult years, and this pain made it impossible for me to allow myself to become close to other people.

I always had a barrier and was afraid to be vulnerable.

With anyone!

Because I didn't heal from that tragedy my pain caused me to ignore the pain of others, adding to the inability to create strong relationships.

Once I finally healed, and yes it is possible, I have finally felt able to be vulnerable not only with other people, but also with myself.

My relationship with myself has improved greatly, my ability to be more empathetic, and the comfortability to be vulnerable has become possible.

Don't let your traumas and broken heart stop you from having great relationships.

❤️Heal. Love. Connect.❤️
