With move-in approaching, we’re sharing key information about the Residence Mail Depot!
Please keep in mind…
• Deliveries will not be accepted before August 31, 2026.
• Parcels will not be available for pick-up at the Residence Mail Depot before September 6, 2026.
For time-sensitive items like medications, urgent course materials, or items you need immediately upon arrival, we encourage you to place orders to your permanent address, bring essentials with you, or purchase them locally.

This week, check your Queen's email for a link to sign up for your move-in time slot!
Before you can do so, please remember to:
1. Upload your ID photo using the link in the email you received from the Office of the University Registrar. Your photo can take up to 48 hours to verify, so make sure to do this ASAP!
2. Sign your residence contract on the Housing and Ancillary Services Portal.
