Looking for wonderful books to enjoy with your little one this summer? Our Kindergarten teacher has put together a list of her favourite read-alouds to inspire a love of stories, spark imagination, and build early literacy skills.

A timeless classic that introduces counting, the days of the week, healthy foods, and the amazing transformation of a caterpillar into a butterfly.

🌴 Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by Bill Martin Jr. & John Archambault
A playful alphabet adventure filled with rhythm and rhyme that makes learning letters unforgettable.

🌼 Chrysanthemum by Kevin Henkes
A beautiful story about self-confidence, kindness, and celebrating what makes each of us unique.

🐦 Wordy Birdy by Tammi Sauer
A hilarious tale that reminds us the importance of listening, thinking before we speak, and being a good friend.

🎓✨ Congratulations to our Grade 8, Kindergarten, and Montessori graduates who were celebrated today! ✨🎓

Today we recognized an important milestone in the journeys of these incredible students. From our Montessori learners taking their next big steps, to our Kindergarten graduates preparing for new adventures, and our Grade 8 students getting ready for high school, we couldn't be prouder of all they have accomplished. 💙

Their growth, curiosity, perseverance, and achievements have helped shape our KTS community, and we are excited to see what the future holds for each of them.
