Great night of grading for all our Muay Thai students last night.

First our kids program went after it, putting in lots of great work and earning their new shirts! Great work kids! Everything is earned never given… we are building strong confident kids🔥👊

Then teen/ adults hit the mats for a 2 hour sweat fest of a grading.. great resilience shown by all to push through 🔥🔥🔥

Congratulations to all who leveled up last night!

Worked a teammate drill this morning.. the goal was to work together, communicate and problem solve.

Task, deal with the issues in front of you ( punching bags) by utilizing your Muay Thai striking and MMA to stay safe then work as a team to get a bigger friend out of harms way!

They did awesome 👏

We don’t just teach martial arts we are building values in our youth to make them assets to the community and building confidence to make them strong 💪
