We are excited to announce that Hayabusa Academy is joining the Academia de la Costa family of gyms!

Founded in Cabarete, Dominican Republic with the intent to build gyms accessible to their local communities, Academia de la Costa has grown both in the Dominican and internationally and has produced athletes who have competed at the highest levels of combat sports.

As part of the affiliation Hayabusa Academy will be contributing to de la Costa's efforts to help under-served communities in the Dominican Republic, providing space, equipment and opportunity for at risk youth to participate in Brazilian Jiujitsu and combat sports.

We look forward to collaboration with our new affiliate gyms for future seminars, training events and competitions!

Great fights last night at Kumite Gatineau! Madie and Trevor put in a tonne of work prepping for the event and both them did a great job last night against their opponents, particularly Madie with her 2nd round TKO finish! Thanks again to Kumite for having us out for their event, we're looking forward to the next one!
