Beautiful day to get out for a ride and my second 100km+ ride in the past few weeks! This was truly a mixed surface ride taking in a bit of the k&p trail, some quiet country paved and gravel roads and the waterfront trail and a nice lunch in Bath!

There aren't many steps on my Garmin today but there were lots of kms on the bike. It wasn't fast but a very enjoyable 128km personal best today. Look forward to the video in 2-3 weeks. Now to put my feet up and have a well earned beer.
