Positive Space sessions are 2 hours in length and are structured as follows:

- Introduction and explanation about the Program (5-10 minutes)
- Alphabet Soup exercise (45-50 minutes)
- Scenario work in groups (45 minutes-1 hour)

Within the session, a diverse range of terms and identities pertaining to sexual and gender diversity are discussed, and attendees work with one another to deepen understandings and to practice inclusive behaviour/language within engaging scenarios.

At the session’s conclusion, all attendees will have the option of becoming a participant with the program and to receive their own sticker. Sessions are fun and informative, and can be tailored to meet the needs of your group!
