Our first time in Poland was outstanding! 🙌🇵🇱

A huge thank you to our wonderful host, Mariusz Bardowa and his great team.

For all participants, whether they were highly experienced or new to Systema, the level of dedication and desire to learn was highly impressive. And most importantly, the spirit and camaraderie was always powerful!

With the seminar topic Body and Knife, the participants got a chance to practice a huge variety of drills against the knife. Everyone was able to understand movement and choose the tactics that work best for them, using legs, arms, body, breathwork and tension-free precision.

Next stop: Bonn, Germany seminar on September 26-27
