Don’t forget to RSVP for the Clubs’ Professional Development Day Conference on September 26th from 9:00 AM–5:30 PM in the Biosciences Complex!

⚠️ Attendance is mandatory and in person. At least one Co-President, Chair, or Senior Executive from each ratified club must attend.

This is a great opportunity to connect with stakeholders from across the university, build new connections, explore opportunities for collaboration, and network with the wider campus community — plus, there will be an activity for a chance to win $100!

The AMS is creating a digital directory handbook for clubs!! The digital directory handbook will be distributed as a QR code on a physical card. This will be given to ALL the incoming first years and at AMS marketing events throughout the year!!

Submit by scanning the QR code or through the link in the LinkTree in our bio! Submissions are due on August 10th.

Non-ratified groups are eligible to submit, subject to limitations!

If you have questions about Event Sanctioning, sadly, we can't help you there, but we are still administering club documents are hoping to release our New Transition Package for Clubs soon. keep sending us helpdesk tickets and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!
