We’re looking for new SparQ Studios Supervisors!

Join our creative makerspace community, help keep the space safe and welcoming, and support fellow makers while gaining hands-on experience. Everyone is welcome and no experience needed.

The role only requires a minimum 2 hours per week and comes with free membership and access to the space outside your shift. Open to Queen’s students, alumni, and members of the Kingston community.

The makerspace is making room for more wood and other items for members in this room. Wood that's been left behind a long time ago by previous members will be moved out.
Please message or email us if you left any wood behind ASAP!

SparQ membership fees have been updated to $15/month, $40/semester, and $75/academic year. This increase allows us to invest more into the space to maintain and upgrade our equipment.
We'd appreciate if you could fill out this feedback survey to rate your experience with the makerspace so far and tell us what improvements you'd like to see this year.

Hey everyone! 🎉 We've put together a March events calendar for all the workshops running for the rest of the semester.

This weekend we're kicking things off with:
🖨️ Resin Printing Workshop (Mar 7, 10am–2pm)
🖨️ 3D Printing Workshop (Mar 7, 12–2pm)
🧪 Silicon Molding Workshop Pt. 1 (Mar 8, 3–5pm)

📌 Heads up: If you want to join the Silicon Molding Pt. 2 workshop later in the month, you MUST attend Pt. 1 first, you'll need your 3D printed design! Can't make it to Pt. 1? No worries, just reach out and we'll figure something out. 💬
