Award Nominations close in 24 hours! Do you know someone who’s made a meaningful impact on campus? Or maybe that someone is you? Applications and nominations are open for this year’s Student Life Awards—a new initiative celebrating students and faculty who go above and beyond to strengthen the St. Lawrence College Kingston campus community—alongside the President’s Award.

President’s Award (2 recipients) The President’s Award recognizes students who demonstrate a well-rounded commitment to campus life, including involvement in clubs, athletics, volunteering, academic initiatives, and other forms of student engagement. Recipients are leaders who advocate for their peers, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and make a lasting impact on the student experience. Join us at St. Larry’s Pub on Thursday, April 9, at 4:00 PM for the Annual Student Association End of Year Gala. This event brings students together to celebrate the end of the academic year and recognize the people who helped shape it.

The evening will include the presentation of Student Association awards and honoraria and a Meeting of Members for the official swearing-in of the newly elected Board of Directors, marking the transition into the next year of student leadership. It’s also a chance to connect with fellow students, reflect on the year, and celebrate everything our campus community has accomplished.

OSAP: For students attending college in the 2026–2027 academic year, this will impact both the amount and type of financial aid available.

Bill 33: The implementation of Bill 33 could change how student fees are controlled and funded which could drastically impact services and student support.
