Kingston Student Housing Cooperative aims to offer an affordable, sustainable housing experience for students. "A Place to Stay, a Community to Belong."
Proudly a student run, student led non-for-profit organization. Kingston Student Housing Co-operative or Science '44 is located in Kingston, Ontario at the mouth of the St. Lawrence River. It was started by students from the Queen's University Class of Science '44. Kingston Student Housing Co-operative provides accommodation for 171 students and a meal plan for 125 of our members attending Queen's University, St. Lawrence College and RMC.

We are open for accommodation bookings for the upcoming 2025-2026 year! Please find our application forms on our website at https://www.studenthousingkingston.ca/apply/
We offer 8-month and 4-month leases, single rooms with a twin size bed, and shared facilities.
During the regular school year, we offer meal plans for our members.
