City of Kingston has proposed taking water and wastewater services from Utilities Kingston and giving them to a new for-profit Municipal Service Corporation expected to operate like a business.
The opportunity to provide feedback has been extended. Water and wastewater services are important public goods which affect us all. Read our letter and complete the survey by January 19th.
